We plan, we plant and you enjoy!
When you contact us, we will set up a meeting for you to meet with Bianca or Estefano depending on the type of work you are wanting done. 

When we meet with you, we walk through your property and discuss any ideas you may have, your personal style, and potential solutions to any problem areas you might have. 

After our consultation, we'll begin the design process and send quotes for you to review. 

Next, we'll set up a second meeting to review the plan and make any changes as needed.

Once the plan has been finalized your job will be scheduled as soon as all the permits are approved and underground utilities are located. 

Bianca specializes in total re-landscaping for the front, back, and/or side yards. She uses 2D software to create custom, matured photo renderings of your home so you will be able to see what your new landscaping will grow into.  She also manages the installation of the new landscaping. She does charge hourly design time. Please inquire for more information on her process.

Estefano designs partial or complete re-landscaping. He specializes in fixing drainage issues, irrigation, and tree removal & replacement. He also manages the installation of the new landscaping.

Lighting:

For our landscape lighting installations we use Sterling lighting materials, the highest-quality lighting fixtures that hold up against the often harsh Florida elements. 

We can help you transform your home or business’ lawn into an elegant outdoor living  space. We provide the following lighting services:

Irrigation:

 From the beginning it's crucial for the irrigation to be done correctly, this saves you time, money and ensures your landscape is adequately watered in the hot Florida sun. We offer the following irrigation-related services:
 

• Automatic Systems 
• Irrigation Systems 
• Sprinkler Systems
• Irrigation Capping & Reinstallation For Pools & Lanai Extensions 
• Reinstallation After New Landscape Install
   

After we have taken care of the installation, we can also service and repair your irrigation systems. 

If there is an irrigation OR lighting concern that you would like to be fixed or checked, we charge a service fee of $35-$65 (depending on location and/or urgency) plus $85 per hour irrigation OR lighting labor charge plus any parts/materials needed.

We specialize in full-service, high-end commercial and residential landscape maintenance service, ensuring buildings, homes and estates look their best. We service properties bi-monthly.

When our maintenance supervisor Vince, puts together an estimate for maintaining your property, it will be a monthly price that allows us to distribute a per-cut fee evenly throughout the year. The best way for us to provide you with quality service and to ensure that you have the  same crew working on your property week after week.

As native Floridians, we understand the range of soils and unique plant problems that come with our humidity, rainfall, and extreme heat.  We will customize a maintenance program for your property that fits within your lifestyle and budget. Whether you are looking for estate  garden management or basic seasonal maintenance, our team will be your landscape’s best asset.
